Is camping available at Earth Vibe?
Yes, we offer camping options for festival-goers! You can enjoy primitive camping in a picturesque open field, nestled between two ridges and surrounded by trees. This area provides a serene and natural setting for your stay.
For those seeking a bit more comfort, we also offer glamping options, which can be purchased as an extra through Camp & Glamp Adventures. These accommodations provide a more luxurious experience with added amenities to enhance your festival stay.

Will there be alcohol at Earth Vibe?
To maintain the mindful and conscious atmosphere we’re creating, our intention for Earth Vibe is to be alcohol-free. We won’t be serving alcohol, and we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing it with you. This helps us preserve the festival's focus on consciousness and connection.

Can I bring my dog?
We ask that your beloved pups stay at home. Service dogs are always welcome and we ask that they remain on leash the entire time.

Will there be access to potable water at Earth Vibe?
Please note that there is no potable water source directly available on the festival grounds. However, we will provide bottled water for 25cents purchase and offer a water refill station located in the General Store. The refill station operates on a donation system, so you can contribute what you can to support our sustainability efforts. We encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottles to help minimize waste.

To honor this sacred space, we kindly ask you to bring reusable water bottles and embrace eco-friendly practices. As you explore and connect with the land, please be gentle with the habitat and its inhabitants—avoid disturbing wildlife and leaving crystals and stones in their natural places. By being mindful and respectful, we can all enjoy the magic of nature while ensuring it remains as serene and enchanting as we found it. Yes! Consider this a formal invitation to co-create with our community!The Magical Fairy garden is a community space for you to share your joy and weave some magic. Feel free to bring and leave small offerings like flowers, crystals, or handmade trinkets. You’re welcome to add your items for the weekend or let them stay as part of the garden’s enchanting atmosphere. This space is for everyone to enjoy and add their own touch of magic. Spread the joy and let your creativity flow in this special place!

Can I volunteer?

How will I transport my belongings to my campsite?
You will be walking or running your items from the parking lot to the camping space. We understand this might be a bit of a task, so we’re providing wagons at key points throughout the festival grounds for your convenience. Feel free to use these to help make the process easier. Someone will also drive back and forth offering rides at certain times during check in.

What is the festival's policy on refunds and ticket exchanges?
