We’re excited to invite vendors, wellness pratiotioners and artisans to join us at Earth Vibe 2025! Each vendor will have a 10x10 booth space to showcase their unique products and offerings. You are welcome to camp behind your booth, space will allow for one small tent.  Setup will take place on Wednesday July 16th 2025, giving you ample time to set up and relax.

Included in your vending fee $303 are two tickets for the whole weekend and extra early arrival on Wednesday, one parking pass, a 10x10 vending space, and camping behind your booth.  We do not provide a canopy, table, or chairs.  We kindly ask that you provide detailed descriptions of your items to help us curate a diverse and vibrant Shakedown Street.  To create a peaceful and eco-friendly atmosphere at Earth Vibe, we kindly ask all non-food vendors to bring solar-powered or rechargeable lights for their booths. This will help reduce our environmental footprint and maintain a calm space, free from the noise of generators. Thank you for your support in making our festival a more sustainable experience!
